For Gregg, real estate
has never simply been a career. It has been a way of life—one built on hard
work, relationships, family, and a genuine passion for helping people.
His journey began in
1979, shortly after graduating from college. What started as a career in real
estate would eventually become more than four decades of experience spanning
Pennsylvania and New Jersey. From the rolling hills and historic communities around
Valley Forge, Pennsylvania, to the beaches and shore towns of South Jersey,
Gregg has spent his life learning the neighborhoods, understanding the market,
and, most importantly, helping people navigate some of the biggest decisions of
their lives.
Over the years, Gregg
has worn many hats. He has been a Broker, Certified Residential Appraiser,
Builder, and Developer in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He has built and
developed homes, represented homeowners, worked alongside lending institutions,
and helped banks, insurance companies, and municipalities navigate complicated
real estate challenges.
His appraisal career has
taken him into many different areas of the industry. Gregg has assisted banks
with REO properties, represented hundreds of homeowners in tax appeals, and
provided disaster valuations, eminent domain valuations, and staged
construction draws. Each experience added another layer to his understanding of
real estate—and reinforced his belief that knowledge, honesty, and hard work
are the foundation of lasting success.
Today, Gregg remains an
active Certified Residential Appraiser in Pennsylvania, working alongside his
son, Gregg Jr., in their successful residential appraisal business. For Gregg,
one of the most rewarding parts of his career has been the opportunity to pass
his knowledge and experience on to the next generation. It is a continuation of
the values that have guided him since the very beginning.
Family has always been
at the heart of Gregg's life. He and his wife, Denise, have been married for
decades and have worked side by side in real estate for more than twenty years.
Their professional partnership has been an important part of their shared journey,
combining their talents, determination, and commitment to serving their
clients.
Outside of real estate,
Gregg has always appreciated the importance of community and staying involved.
An avid golfer, he is currently a member of Riverwood Golf Club and has
previously been a member of Phoenixville Country Club in Chester County, Pennsylvania,
Sand Barrons Country Club in Cape May County, and Greate Bay Country Club in
Somers Point, New Jersey.
His commitment to
community extends beyond the golf course. Gregg served for five years as a CDD
Board Supervisor for Riverwood, where he was responsible for overseeing the
community's wastewater facility and public water system. It was another
opportunity to put his experience to work for the benefit of the people and
community around him.
Looking back, Gregg's
career is defined by much more than the number of years he has spent in real
estate. It is defined by the people he has helped, the homes he has built, the
communities he has served, the challenges he has solved, and the relationships
he has developed along the way.
From his first days in
real estate in 1979 to working alongside his son today, Gregg's story is one of
experience, perseverance, family, and service.
After more than four
decades in the business, one thing remains unchanged: Gregg believes in doing
things the right way—with integrity, attention to detail, and a timeless work
ethic.
Real estate may have
been his profession, but helping people has always been his passion.
